Hot isostatic press automation system is intended for controlling all systems and mechanisms of the machine in the course working cycle performance. Thyristor controlled power device, programmable temperature and pressure controllers, measuring instrumentation and other units are mounted in one cabinet. Total press operating cycle can be made in automatic mode by means of PLC compatible with PC. All operating controls are also provided with override to manual mode if required. Control panel is equipped with digital displays monitoring vacuum / pressure / temperature and other data at every stage of press operation, which can be transferred to PC for further processing.
