Two-stage electro-hydraulic non-lubricating gas compressors with elastic diaphragms (or reciprocating type) pressurize gas in hot isostatic press working chamber or in other vessels. Compressors are used for pumping neutral gases such as argon or nitrogen. Gas filters are installed on suction piping to protect the compressor components from a damage with gas-borne particles.
