The range of mills for tubes cold rolling by rolls (ХПТР) is created. The mills are intended for the production of super thin-walled precise tubes with diameter of 4 to 60 mm from high alloy steel, nonferrous metals, titanium and zirconium alloys, which are used widely in the atomic power engineering (including ship energy units) and in rest fields of machine building.

Due to the small rolls diameter it grew possible to obtain tubes with minimal wall thickness to 0,08 mm, by that the diameter - to - thickness ratio may be 100...150. Three-roll scheme of stand and it's high rigity secure a high accuracy of rolled tubes (0,03 mm in diameter and 7% in wall thickness) and a high quality of tubes surface.

Mills are equipped with the device for feed and turn of tubes with the adjustable electrical drive that allows to change infinitely the magnitude of feed and turn angle from the mill control desk.

At the customer's wish mills ХПТР may be additionally equipped with roll stands for tubes production of ordinary accuracy, but with increased productivity.

The process and design of mills ХПТР belong to VNIIMETMASH and have no analogs in the world.
